In one powerful day at the historic Roosevelt Bath House #2 in Saratoga Springs, you'll:

🎨 Release it, gently and symbolically, in a room that gets it
🎨 Journey through a 45-minute guided meditation to meet your soul's colors and your creative spiritual guide
🎨 Build, with your own hands, a brand-new I Am Affirmation Wheel to carry your new frequency home
🎨 Speak, out loud, the words you've never said out loud before and be witnessed
You don't leave with notes. You leave with a handmade object that carries your energy transformation in it.
