Turn Your Creative Passion Into a Business You Love
I help GenX women take the creative idea they can't stop thinking about and figure out how to turn it into a real business.
Step Into
Your “I AM”
I Believe The Words We Think and Speak Matter.
A big part of my work is built around two words:
I AM.
I believe we need to be careful about what we put after those words.
I am not good enough.
I am too old.
I am not ready.
I am not creative.
I am terrible at business.
Say those things enough and they start affecting the decisions you make. I believe energy follows thought, and I believe our words have power.
I AM a creativity and mindset coach.
When we work together, we will start by noticing your words and belief systems. If you're ready to reconnect with your creativity, rediscover your gifts and talents, and see what happens when you trust yourself a little more, then start by joining The I Am Circle today.

I Never Planned on Having This Many Careers
I'm a coach, artist, entrepreneur, author, podcast host and someone who has reinvented herself more than a few times.
I help GenX women take the creative ideas they can't stop thinking about and figure out what they can actually do with them.
That may mean turning your art, writing, photography, healing work, music, teaching, or another creative passion into a business. It may mean figuring out what you want to do next after spending years doing what made sense at the time. Or you may already know what you want to do, but fear and self-doubt keep talking you out of it.
I've been there. I spent more than two decades working as a mental health therapist. Along the way, I also became a Reiki Master Teacher, opened wellness studios, taught more than 1,200 classes, worked with thousands of people, co-founded a production company, made documentaries, became a podcast host, wrote books, created retreats and started more than one business from the ground up.
Then in 2019, my mom died.
I was deep in grief and found myself wanting to paint. I hadn't gone to art school. I didn't consider myself an artist. I just knew painting gave me somewhere to put what I was feeling. So I kept painting. I was bashful at first about calling myself an artist but I started selling my work and eventually one of my paintings was accepted into an art gallery and I knew at that moment, I had to claim, I AM also an artist.
I think about that a lot because there was a time when I could have easily decided I wasn't qualified to be an artist. I could have said, "I don't have the training."
Instead, I kept painting. That's one of the things I want women my age to understand. Not knowing how to do something yet has nothing to do with whether you're good enough to try.
