Attending a retreat creates change.

When life asks for something new, we honor it with time away from our day to day life, presence, and ritual. Our retreat offerings provide clinical wisdom, energy work, and creative practices to help you recharge.

What one retreat participant had to say

Testimonial from a retreat attendee

“That time with you made such a difference to me. I wish every grieving person could get to this place. I still have tears, and sometimes at awkward moments (like last week when a little town band in northern Vermont played Somewhere Out There from the children’s movie An American Tail), but I am so much more settled and peaceful.”

The components of I AM Retreats

All of April’s retreats incorporate education around the power of our thoughts and words, beginning with awareness of what follows the two words, “I Am.”

This sets the theme for each retreat. Her retreats blend group sharing, hands-on art experiences, energy balancing techniques, and elemental rituals inspired by the Shamans she has studied with. All participants also receive a curated I AM merch box to support their retreat journey.
