Grief can be difficult to put into words, but sometimes a paintbrush can express what the heart cannot.
Join us for The Art of Grief, a unique and uplifting workshop led by April Hannah, LMHCD, where creativity becomes a pathway to healing. Through guided artistic expression, participants will learn a high-frequency healing art technique and create their own abstract painting to take home as a meaningful reflection of their journey.
