What happens when meditation, therapeutic music, and art come together?
You get an experience that allows you to slow down, connect within, listen deeply, and express what you discover, without needing to be an artist or know anything about meditation.
Join Mental Health Therapist, April Hannah, holistic wellness practitioner, and Dennis Dominick, therapeutic musician, for a unique 75-minute experience designed to engage your mind, body, emotions, and creative spirit.
This isn't a traditional art class.
It's not just a meditation.
And it's not simply a musical experience.
It's all three woven together.
💗 This month's theme: The Colors of Fall
We will begin with a guided meditation designed to help you connect with the energy of the season of Fall, exploring what the fall feels like within you, where you experience it, and what your inner wisdom wants you to know.
From there, you'll be guided into an intuitive abstract art experience, allowing the meditation to become color, movement, texture, and expression on your canvas.
You don't need to know how to paint. Your artwork isn't about creating something that looks a certain way. It's about giving your inner experience a place to become visible.
And throughout the experience, Dennis will create a live therapeutic musical environment using his 18-string harp guitar, an extraordinary instrument that creates rich, resonant layers of sound you simply can't experience through a recording.

Two seasoned practitioners with over 80 years of experience combined.
You'll be guided by two experienced practitioners bringing together different forms of therapeutic and creative expression:
🎵 Live Therapeutic Music — Experience the beautiful, resonant sounds of an 18-string harp guitar played live by therapeutic musician Dennis Dominick.
🧘♀️ Guided Meditation — April will guide you inward with a meditation created specifically around the theme of the day, giving you creative direction without telling you what your artwork should look like.
🎨 Intuitive Abstract Art — You'll create your own original piece of abstract art using premium paints and canvas generously supplied by The Art Club.
💗 A New Theme Every Class — Each Art • Music • Meditation experience explores a different theme through meditation and an accompanying art prompt.
🗣️ Community Share — We'll close with an opportunity to share your experience and reflect on what emerged for you, if you feel called to do so.
