Welcome. We’re grateful you’re here. When you visit our site, place an order, or interact with our services, you’re agreeing to these Terms. Please read them with care—our aim is to make everything simple, fair, and kind.

1) Who we are

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to April Anne Hannah (the “Store”). “You” means any visitor or customer.

2) Using this site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems.

3) Products, colors & availability

We do our best to photograph and describe items accurately, but garment-dyed and vintage-wash pieces can have natural color variation. Quantities are limited and items may sell out or be discontinued at any time.

4) Pricing & charges

Prices may change without notice. Local taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we do, you’ll receive a full refund.

5) Orders, shipping & risk of loss

Orders ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery scan. Some orders may ship Signature Required (e.g., higher-value orders or multi-unit addresses). If you ask us to waive signature, packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered complete.

6) Returns & exchanges

Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy page for time windows, condition requirements, and how to start a request. Items marked final sale aren’t eligible.

7) Promotions & gift cards

Discount codes can’t be combined unless stated. Gift cards are final sale and not refundable or redeemable for cash (unless required by law).

8) Content & intellectual property

All site content—text, images, logos, and designs—is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or use it without written consent.

9) Wellness content disclaimer

Any articles, classes, retreats, or guidance we share are informational only and not medical advice. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

10) User submissions (reviews, photos)

If you share reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on our site, social channels, and marketing, with your first name/initials only unless you request otherwise.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If we’re found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in state or federal courts located in New York.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes apply from the date posted on this page.
